What is inecto’s policy on animal testing?
We fully comply with UK and European regulations regarding animal testing. We never test on animals or associate with suppliers that do, meaning you can use inecto products with complete confidence that they are 100% cruelty free.
Are inecto products vegan friendly?
Yes. All of our inecto Naturals, Infusions or Collection products are vegan friendly.
What does the 90% of Natural Origins claim refer to?
It means that 90% of the formulation of any inecto product that has this claim is derived from natural sources. Note: it does not always mean 90% of the ingredients.
Are inecto products Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) free?
Commonly known as SLS, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is a chemical used in all sorts of cosmetics and cleaning products. It works by turning liquids into a foam and you’ll usually find it in products ranging from shampoo, body wash, soaps, toothpastes and detergents.
In a nutshell, the frothy lather you love in these products is thanks to SLS.
There has been a lot of bad press about SLS and its properties that may, or may not irritate your skin. Many people who live with sensitive skin conditions choose to use products that do not contain SLS or other synthetic ingredients as they believe that they are kinder to their skin.
Although there has been many tests and experiments, there has been no solid evidence that confirms or denies that SLS is a cause of concern, so it’s over to you.

Yes. All of the products within the inecto Naturals range are free from parabens.
I had an adverse reaction to one of your products. What should I do?
We recommend that you immediately contact your GP or seek medical advice. They are best able to guide you. Please then contact our Consumer Care Team on consumercare@godrejuk.com. We can organise for the product to be sent back to us so we can assess it. We will investigate each matter thoroughly and endeavour to respond to your email or letter within two weeks of receiving the product.
